
Smoking Chips
They are perfect for smoking cold meats, cheeses and fish. The wood chips we produce are characterized by high quality and adequate humidity (10-12%), free from fungi and mold. They are completely clean, made only of seasoned wood from state forests. We have numerous certificates confirming the quality of our products. We create smoking chips based on individual customer requirements.
The wood chips are subjected to heat treatment, during which they are deprived of the possibility of fungi or mold occurring in them. The heat treatment also promotes a better smoking process.
We produce wood chips for smoking from beech, alder and fruit trees (cherry / cherry).
Depending on the client’s needs, we select the appropriate proportions of wood species. The right smoking mixture influences the desired color of the smoking products.
Our main clients are the largest companies in the meat industry in Poland.
The product is not treated with any chemical substances!
